Black Men in Ed Leader: Dami

Within educational institutions the presence of black men is unacceptably low. In an occupation were representation is important, black men are heavily needed in the classrooms, lecture halls and other educational settings. One of our aims in YBTN is to help more black men enter the profession of teaching and provide support to the black men currently in education via workshops, CPD, mentoring and many more. Our first event, welcomed over 90 Black men from London and different parts of England. With this growing number, we aim to support more Black men in education on their career paths.
